You can fine-tune the Jamstik's string sensitivity in the device settings tab of the Creator software.
To do this, first, connect your Jamstik Studio to the Creator app (either in DAW or standalone).
Then, select Device Settings located in the upper left of the plugin.
You should now see something like this after clicking the sensitivity tab.
Once here, you can toggle the Master String Sensitivity fader to change all the strings at once.
Or, toggle each string individually.
High-value sensitivities are great for softer, delicate playing.
Lower value sensitivities are great for rockin' out with a pick, power chords, or 'sloppier' style solos where you might be raking the strings and bending hard.
Either way, the Creator software gives you the tools to fine-tune the pickup to your unique playing style.
Note: You can also physically adjust the MIDI Pickup height, as explained in this article. This will affect the amplitude/velocity output; closer proximity of the MIDI pickup will yield a hotter velocity output, and farther will decrease the velocity output.
Example: If your sensitivity is low and you are getting unintended notes, then the MIDI pickup may be too close, backing the MIDI pickup, or if the sensitivity is set high and you are experiencing missed notes, then raising the pickup for closer proximity will help detect any missed notes.
