General Order Status Information:
Your order is generally processed immediately after a quick CC security check.
If you need to make changes to your order, please do so within 12-24 hours by emailing support@jamstik.com, as orders should ship either same or next day. In rare cases, CC verification may take an additional 24 hours.
Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please open this email up to ensure your inbox prioritizes the forthcoming on-boarding emails to help you get acquainted with your purchase.
If you do not see emails from us - Please double-check your spam folder in your inbox as the email may have ended up there. We send from either a jamstik.com or zivix.net email address.
Tracking via Tracking number.
1. Navigate to the website for the carrier handling your shipment (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
2. Enter your assigned tracking link.
Note: For DHL, the Waybill is the tracking number
If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days from your purchase date or have questions about your order status, please submit a ticket or email us at support@jamstik.com and include your name, item(s) ordered, and the email address you supplied at time of order so we can verify your info and provide your order status.
*During the holidays, shipment times may be out of our control, but understand that you will always receive what you've ordered from us, no matter the situation. If you are having any issues, please contact us.
