I'm getting, "Stuck Notes" - You may have left your hands on the fretboard during calibration.
Perform a, "soft-reset" of your Jamstik device.
My Jamstik Seems Out of Tune. - You may have accidentally moved up or down an octave or capo.
Perform a ,"soft-reset" of your Jamstik device.
I am Connected, but Not Hearing Sound.
If you are using the Learning Portal for Jamstik - Make sure your ad-blockers are disabled for the site as they may interfere with our instrument selector. See this article detailing the process to fix instrument loading.
If this is not your issue, you may need to recalibrate your strings.
One or More of My Strings are Not Playing. - Your playing style may call for higher sensitivity.

*Note - some DAWs or Virtual Instruments (Such as the Guitar Sounds in GarageBand for Mac) use alternate MIDI channel modes - you can learn how to switch between Omni/Single Channel MIDI here.
If NONE of your strings are playing, you may need to perform a hard reset and recalibrate your strings. Please see this article for instructions on how to perform a hard reset.
I'm Hearing More than One Note Per Strum - Your playing style may call for lower sensitivity.

How Do I Check if My Firmware is Up to Date? - If a firmware update is available, the Learning Portal for Jamstik App will prompt you to update your firmware.

Hello. I’ve had my jam stik for a year and haven’t used it in a few months. I changed the batteries multiple time but doesn’t seem to turn on. Can someone please help with this issue. I’ve never dropped it and always put it away in the case away from any heat or water areas in my apartment.
