How to do a hard reset of your Jamstik 7

1. First, make sure that your Jamstik is 'Powered On' (the light will be green). 

2. Then, hold down the 'Power Button' for 15 seconds.

The LEDs will start to flash red, and once the process is finished the lights will turn off and release the power-button on Jamstik. 

3. Next, power the Jamstik back on so it can recalibrate the fretboard. The Red LED will light up briefly, *make sure to keep your hands off of the fretboard during this process. 

4. Once the fretboard has been calibrated, the LED lights will turn green and you are good to go! 

*If you perform a hard reset, but see a unique LED display that appears BOTH Red & Green at the same time (referenced in the photo below) you'll need to perform a simple recalibration. To reset your strings or re-calibrate, please visit: this article.
