We're sorry to hear that you're having connectivity issues, but we should be able to figure it out!
First, Make sure your AirJamz is properly powered on. To power on, you'll want to hold the button for 3+ seconds.
*If you are powering on after a long break in activity or battery replacement, hold the power button for 5+ seconds, then let go after the light comes on.
Once powered on, the LED light near the button should be blinking GREEN.
If your AirJamz did not power up, you may need to Replace The Battery.
Second, ensure Bluetooth is turned on in the settings menu of your device.
*You will connect to AirJamz in the app, not in Bluetooth settings.
If you have not already done so, refer to the compatibility list to confirm that your device supports BlueTooth connectivity.
Please note: Android devices are not supported. AirJamz will not pair with iPad 2, iPhone 3 or earlier as they do not support BLE Bluetooth connectivity. AirJamz also requires at least iOS 8.12 and later.
