How to Resolve Bluetooth Connection Issues on a Macbook with an Intel Processor

Take a look at the picture below. We have turned on the Jamstik itself and opened Audio MIDI Setup.  The Window clearly shows that JS1056B5 is advertising Bluetooth signal, but when clicking on the 'Connect' button, the light never turns green or shows a solid connection
